Had a great stay! Very well stocked & comfortable house! We saw dolphins the first morning there while having our coffee on the front porch - so it’s aptly named as well :)

Very clean, Alan was very responsive to all messages. Very good location. We loved sitting on the deck with coffee every morning and chatting every evening. The pool was clean and very easy walk to the beach. We would come up and have lunch and go back because of the ease. Would highly recommend.

Nice house. Good views of ocean and sound. Sound carries in the house, but it was manageable.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was exactly as pictured and had plenty of space for our large family with people of all ages. The beach access could not be closer and the pool was such an amazing feature that we utilized often. The response time from the property manager was almost immediate to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed our visit so much we can’t wait to return next year!

The only thing that kept me from leaving a 5 star rating was an issue with the pool heater. I did receive a partial credit back from what I paid to heat the pool.

It was a great place to stay across road from beach with unobstructed view of ocean. Pool needs some work. Cement around pool uneven and cracked. Very good host. He made sure we had everything we needed and answered questions via text. Wonderful family place to stay.
