This was a great property, particularly if you have kids. The hosts were readily accessible and extremely responsive to my questions. We spent our days at the lake, so the location was ideal. I highly recommend Yayframe!

Perfect size house for 2 families with 5 kids (there were beds left over). There was tons of activities for the kiddos and everything was functioning and operation like the listing said. The check out process was extremely easy (very grateful for that). Would definitely recommend this place to friends or families looking for an awesome house!

Our family of 6 plus a grandparent had an amazing stay at this home away from home. Having a fully functional kitchen and Laundry machines on site were perfect for this mom of 4 active boys. We enjoyed an unplugged stay including outdoor activities, puzzles, gaming room, hot tub, small creek, live wild deer each morning. It was the perfect breath of fresh air we needed. Thank you!!

Everything about this place was very thoughtful. We enjoyed every minute here and the kids loved it. The beds were also so comfortable and we loved the pillows so much we bought the same ones when we got home.

We absolutely loved our stay. Out of all the VRBO homes we have stayed in while traveling throughout the Midwest and East Coast, this was by far one of the best equipped for a phenomenal getaway. From the outdoor games and board games to everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, plus comfortable beds and plenty of extra bedding, every detail was clearly thought through. This home deserves all the praise it gets. We love traveling and seeing new places, so while we will probably not return to Broken Bow, that is simply because we enjoy exploring somewhere new each time. We would absolutely recommend renting from Chris.
Fully stocked kitchen. Although we didn't cook much, I would recommend doing so a couple nights during your stay. The kitchen is stocked with more than you would ever guess.
The backyard is so peaceful and it backs up to the woods. Plenty of entertainment for the kifs.
Fun game at the very top of the kids room.
The kids room sleeps 6 and has it own bathroom upstairs. I recommended for multiple family vacation.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The owners were communicative from the booking, all the way until it was time to check out. The property is kept in pristine condition and was absolutely amazing. The cabin had a wide variety of games and entertainment for the kids, and they never got bored. We take a annual trip to broken bow every year and this has been our favorite cabin by far! Highly recommend this cabin to anyone!

The Yay Frame was absolutely fantastic! One of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in, hands down! This is the perfect place for families- the kids loved all the arcade games and the outdoor setup was spot on! My wife will be framing some of the pictures taken in the star gazing net. The outdoor fireplace instantly became a haven for early morning coffee. The house itself was so impeccably done, grandma was ready to move in! The finishes were tasteful and cohesive and instantly made you feel at home. My wife is still talking about the bed and pillows! The Yay Frame house is one we will be talking about for years, and have already recommended to friends planning a trip to OK. Honestly, 5 stars is not enough. It really was that amazing!

Home was beautiful and clean. Very peaceful and private. Our kids enjoyed all the activities in the home. Owners were also very attentive and quick to respond any questions. They loved the milkshake maker and my little one really enjoyed the slide in the patio area.

There is an abundance of things to do in the cabin. We all enjoyed the game table, reading in the hammocks and the amenities. I appreciated having a high chair and playpen on site for my grandbaby. Additionally, unlike most cabins there was an abundance of firewood and some s’mores provided. That was a delight! The beds were very comfortable and overall the cabin was very clean and cozy. When traveling, I would recommend bringing glassware for beverages. Although there is a large wine bottle opener there are no wine glasses - only large water glasses. The kitchen is a bit limited but has the essentials. The owner is very responsive and proactive about addressing concerns and ensuring the stay was pleasurable. Great response time!
