Booked this place for a girl's weekend. James was very responsive to any questions we had and was accommodating. The place was clean and very close to everything (walking distance to downtown, short drive to the beach). We definitely enjoyed the beautiful back yard with fires at night and coffee by the water feature every morning. We will definitely stay again!

This quaint little apartment offers everything you need to enjoy South eastern Maine, the host was attentive and helped us with anything we needed help with. Property was clean and tidy the host had air-conditioning already on so the rooms were comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

We were just there for a night, and it was a rainy Sunday night. Very hard to find a place to eat! But the house was clean and comfortable, and the garden will be great when it is finished!
