Use our property for any of the Annapolis Boat Shows. 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a queen and king bed, our place is perfect for small groups or families. Enjoy modern amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washer/dryer during your stay. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling to everything that Annapolis has to offer. Short walk to Heroes Pub and conveniently close to all that West Annapolis has to offer. Annapolis Mall, Shops and Restaurants are also a short drive away. Repeat guests!

Location is super convenient to all shopping and downtown. I love being able to access everything while avoiding route 50 which can get really backed up with traffic. Our last stay was at Christmas time so it was fun to enjoy the dock in summer fishing and paddle boarding.

Boat Show Visit

My daughter, son in law and I had a great stay for the Annapolis boat show. This property has a beautiful view of the water and large windows and a deck to help you see it. The location was extremely convenient to downtown Annapolis, even during the busy boat show weekend. The property manager was also very helpful to us during our stay. This was a great place to stay.

Relaxing getaway

We were looking for a cozy home on the water with great food and things to do nearby but not so nearby the crowds. This house has a lot of character and the deck, lawn and dock were perfect for our visit with our canine unit Lucy. Our host David gave us all the info we needed to get settled in. Perfect cozy cottage

We had a great weekend in Annapolis. Could not have chose a better place to stay! Very close to downtown with the ability to relax by the water. The cottage was spotless and pictures do not do the inside justice. It’s such a neat place with unique antique decor that we really appreciated. Beds were very comfortable and house was well stocked with things you may need. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area!

Convenient location and nice outdoor space

Our family enjoyed our stay over Christmas—even cooked a big dinner to enjoy in the spacious dining room. Weather was too cold to enjoy the yard but the deck is large with lovely waterfront view. Location is super convenient— We were on Kent Island in 15 minutes! Plenty of parking. Only criticism is that it would have been nice to have a Christmas tree…but maybe next year!
