Nice, convenient beach-themed condo

This property met all of our needs, a safe, comfortable, beach-themed condo located in the heart of St. Pete Beach, convenient to everything you could ever need. Amenities within and on-property were very nice. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again sometime.

Fantastic time

Overall the condo was perfect for our family. We were close to everything. The rooms were really nice and the view from the balcony was great. My kids had the best time hanging out at the pool and meeting other families. I would definitely recommend this place. I know we will be back.

nice stay

The condo was very nice. It is a bit dated and I needed to clean the floors and bathroom myself in addition alert their cleaning team that my socks were very black walking about their tile floor. They have rattan furniture so since it is not too far from the beach, the room does smell musty. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Property as described very nice unit and beautiful complex . Week hot tub 5 weak jets no therapy basically just a tub of hot water .

Nice condo in a great location on St. Pete’s beach.

My family enjoyed our time at st. Pete’s beach. The condo was nicely remodeled except for the showers. The guest bathroom shower couldn’t even be used because the water pressure was so poor, not to mention it is in serious need of a redo. The rest of the condo was nice. It was small but it was enough space for our family of 4 for the week.

Perfect family getaway

We booked this condo very last minute without knowing the area. Lucky for us! Arrival was simple, the apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. The "welcome" supplies, like trash bags, were helpful and my two kids loved that there were a few pool floats to play with in the pool. The location could not have been better. It's the best of both worlds...the condo building is smaller and quiet, but then if you want more action you can walk across the street to Tradewinds. We loved being able to grab dinner at Tradewinds or walk on the beach there, but then come back to our condo for a quiet swim or hot tub. Check out procedures were also simple. If we are lucky enough to get back to St. Pete Beach we will try and stay here again!

Relaxing place with so much to keep us there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the set up of our place. We had a gorgeous patio to eat breakfast, read a book, or have a quiet dinner. There was a small patio out front to relax if the sun was too hot. The kitchen had everything we needed as well as working grills down by the pool. We saved quite a bit of money by cooking meals at our place. The grounds outdoors were well manicured and kept extremely clean. The view from the balcony was wonderful both morning and evening, but would become hot in the afternoon which os to be expected in June. There were so many restaurants and tiki bars within walking distance, therefore the location is amazing. Beach access is directly across the street.We will definitely be back to this location, but might select a cooler month.

Great for a young family

I just got back from my week long stay with my husband and 16 month old child. We loved it! The size was perfect for us. The condo was clean and well stocked. It was great to have so many dining options within walking distance since we only rented a car for half the trip but thankfully for the info binder in the condo we found out about Free Beach Rides for the rainy days. We loved having access to Trade Winds across the street for the beach cabanas, we never had any issues getting a cabana. The pool area at Sunrise is great and the grills are always spotless. It was very convenient to have beach equipment in the closet and beach towels. It saved us the purchase and trying to find a way to fly it back home. My suggestions are to have a vacuum cleaner or just a new broom and maybe a booster seat for families with young children. Overall a great stay and will definitely be returning.

Great place to stay, in the middle of it all, yet peaceful.

As an owners of a rental property ourselves we really appreciate the hard work that goes into making a great place to stay. The apartment is thoughtfully furnished in a tasteful beach style and, obviously, recently re decorated. The whole place is furnished to a very high standard. The main bedroom has the biggest bed I have ever seen. The TV system has a lot of stations and a great WiFi signal which you can receive even round the pool and Barbecue area. There are four beach towels provided to use around the beautiful heated pool, along with bath and hand towels for use in the apartment . The kitchen has a full size America fridge with an ice maker, a coffee maker, toaster and a selection of every thing else you would need to make meals in the apartment. The only slight down side, as a Brit, is I do like a cup of tea in the morning but the kettle takes 12 minutes to boil on the hob. An electric kettle would be a good investment for British guests. The whole development is very clean and well cared for and we would recommend this apartment to anyone with out reservation.

We enjoyed our stay at St. Pete even the other people in the unit were nice and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. There were some general things in the room that were not 100% but mostly easy to get over. The tub drain was broken which made bathing a 6 year old who doesn’t like showers a headache.The underside of one of the twin beds was not super supportive but a six year old doesn’t weigh enough to mind. One day we had loud construction at about 9:00am. They were renovating the condo next door. Overall the price and room was nice for a small family. I don’t agree that it could comfortably accommodate a family of 6.
