The condo is on the beach, which was great. It is on the Gulf Blvd. side of the property so a little more road noise. Having some beach chairs and other beach day accessories on site was great. While we didn't use the pool, it looked nice and was heated. The condo has a few cosmetic issues, but that didn't affect our stay. Overall it was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Condo was clean and location is great. I didn’t originally read the detailed description that showed the 2 twin bed listed was actually a trundle bed, but our adult daughters made it work.

The main bedroom was advertised as having a king bed, when in fact it does have a queen. That listing detail has since been corrected to ensure accuracy for future guests. Definitely would come again and the location is perfect for a beautiful beach stay! I often use VRBO for rentals and this was a nice one. A few things for the owner that I found could help the overall guest experience based on my preference and what I’ve experienced at other locations that often have these accommodations. Extra pillows, blankets and sheets for guests to use esp if sleeping for multiple days. Same with towels. Salt and pepper and basic cooking spices and foil.Better cookware. Biggest pot didn’t have its cover, utensils were little and mismatched in sizing. Kitchen drawer was broken, husband fixed it. Master bedroom fan didn’t work.Sofa and chair need upholstery cleaned.2 out of 3 tvs didn’t work and the one they did was just cable, not smart tv for entertainment.This might be a future fix but windows let in all the traffic noise so it was hard to fall and stay sleeping because you heard everything off the street below. With all of that said tho, I still would come back because it was a clean space, the beach was 100% worth it and the cost was ideal for our budget.

Several of the items you mentioned (the TVs, drawers, kitchen supplies and whatnot) have been addressed with our team, and we are also reviewing additional updates to further enhance future stays. As a beachfront property located along Gulf Blvd., some traffic noise can occasionally be heard depending on the unit location and time of day, but we’re glad the beautiful beach access and overall experience still made your stay enjoyable. In case future guests need them, we have purchased white noise machines that are available in the on-site office.
