The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our short vacation. The three beach chairs and umbrella in the unit were much appreciated! The freezer ice machine and in-door water dispenser were great. The kitchen was well appointed for the minimal food prep we did. The short walk across the street to the beach was easy!

A friend and I recently spent 5 nights there. We really liked each having our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was very well equipped and we cooked and ate many meals in. Very comfortable condo with all the amenities you could need! Beautiful views of the beach and the bay. We loved having morning coffee on the balcony. The pool was clean and warm, and sunny all day. Short walk across the street to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family vacation

Our vacation experience was great. The property was everything it said it was. We enjoyed the view from the balcony woke up to beautiful views, dolphins swimming, the kids were able to see the manatees in the evening. The walk to the beach was short and easy to access. Having the pool, pickle ball right there was great for the kids. Our stay was comfortable and just exciting and beautiful.

Great getaway spot with fantastic view

Cozy clean well appointed condo. The view of the bay is beautiful, especially in the morning. Not a single issue with our stay and would recommend it. I can only speak to the master bedroom but the bed was incredibly comfortable! Do not underestimate the importance of this! I would absolutely stay here again.

The view from the balconies is just as seen in the photos. Just lovely! Elevator is close, walk to beach is not bad at all, condo is clean. Has a few beach chairs but could use an umbrella for those flying in. The ice maker and water in the fridge door were a nice bonus! Coming back for a full week next year!

Cute condo, plenty of space, amenities were great and the location was very convenient. The management staff was awesome. We drove because we moved my daughter into college so we were able to bring chairs and an umbrella but the it would be a HUGE benefit to have these at the condo for people flying down. We definitely were happy to have them with the beach access so close.

We have been coming to this property for many years now and have always found it nice albeit it is now looking dated especially in the bathrooms.This time there was a problem with the fridge but the charming Nancy resolved it.It is a shame that the special deal with Tradewinds ended but the pool and surrounding areas are still delightful albeit the hot tub still has no bubbles.We will hope to return

The location and views are amazing. The outside grounds are very nice and well taken charge are of. This unit was a perfect spot as far as being close to restaurants that are so delicious. Highly recommend Skidders. The unit itself needs care. It wasn't very clean. Bedding doesn't fit beds, carpets were dirty and the walls and floors were as well. They do supply some amenities (beach chairs etc) but the over all condition was not great (ceiling in spare bathroom was pealing off) We did have toilet issues which they responded quickly and repaired. Maintenance person was nice and respectful. Safely of the entrance was perfect. Codes to get in before you can reach elevator. We did feel very safe. All in all it was a good stay I just think these management companies should take the time to inspect their units every now and then.

A 10 minute walk in any direction from countless restaurants, liquor stores, shops and smoke/gummy shops for all of your beach needs. Want to spend a day playing tennis/pickleball or shuffle board and swimming in the pool? Enjoy yourself stress free! No overly crowded pool and zero wait time for the courts. Plus there is a free use equipment room that supplies everything you need, including beach chairs. You can easily scope out the pool and courts from your fifth floor balcony to avoid crowds if you prefer your privacy. We are already planning our next trip to St Pete and we will definitely stay at the Sunrise again!
