Beautiful, clean rental with all the essentials. Check-in was simple and the host even checked in via app a couple days into our stay. We would most definitely stay here again!

Amazing home, privacy with bedrooms /bathrooms. Rooftop hangout was a favorite, open kitchen/ living room for meals and family time was great. Close to Broadway and Music Valley. Hope to stay here again.

A great group rental with lots of space to spread out, hang out and get ready to go out! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. An easy uber ride to wherever you want to go out and close enough to door dash food and groceries. We stayed here with a group of four couples and another friend for 9 of us total and we felt we had plenty of privacy and also space to gather. Appreciated the parking lot with marked spots for two vehicles. The space’s many stairs and furnishings may pose some challenges for small children but was great for adults. Bring a Bluetooth speaker to fill the house with some Nashville sounds, pack earplugs for some road noise and be prepared for climbing some stairs to enjoy the great rooftop space.

Perfect for Sharing with Friends

Three friends and I were in Nashville for a 7 day Tai Chi Retreat that was just 1/2 mile away. The townhouse looks and feels exactly like the photos. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths provided a perfect combination of privacy and connection (due to open kitchen living room design). It could not have been a more perfect place to share with friends (or family)

Really Nice!

Coming to Nashville on business. Loved that Broadway was a 10 minute straight shot with no interstate travel. Location is ok but a great little bar "Rosie's" is right around the corner as is anything else you might need. Lots of steps so don't bring grandma unless she is spry and might not be great for kids but for us it was excellent. Very new, very clean. Had everything we could possibly need.
