We had to attend a family gathering in that area. We had such a pleasant time and location was ideal. Hope they can install railings to the stairs. The home was nostalgic, reminded me of my first home. Loved it, will visit again.
This place was cute but the neighborhood is not very good and the streets are narrow and hard to navigate. I only found one stack of a couple towels on a cabinet for both bathrooms. There was trash from the previous guests and there was not a typical coffee maker. Communication with the property manager was A.
The location was perfect distance to just about everything. The house was clean and comfortable. The host was very easily communicative if we had a questions or concerns.
I had a great time coming home to 513 W Rosewood during my weekend adventures in San Antonio. Close to all the Beacon Hill action, yet tucked away on a little dead end street where I felt safe and cosy. Comfy beds, lovely art, all the kitchen you’d ever need, lots of light and plenty of space to stretch out.

Disliked: Location
Not what we expected
This house looked so cute in the listing, but after arriving we discovered the lock on the front door was busted, as if it had been crow barred open. There were no sheets on the beds, and none to be found in the house. No towels. 3 half rolls of 1 ply tp. No trash bags in the garbage cans and none to be found. Owner was responsive initially and said they would process a refund after we said we didn't feel comfortable staying, but when I tried to follow up, I got no response. Very disappointed.
The house was nice and clean. Quiet street. We rode scooters from the park to the Riverwalk. The only issues was the shower liners and the sofa. I would recommend replacing the plastic liner after each guest. Even if it was cheap I would have preferred a brand new clean shower liner. There appeared to be pet hair all over the couch. I would recommend a sofa that isn't fabric. All in all the stay was great! Not bothered by the train at all. Glad to have laundry room on site.
To begin with a very first sentence for this property needs to be edited. There is no barbecue grill and I spoke to the owner and she did not want to provide one because other people used it inappropriately. The Internet was knocked out from a previous lightning storm, and we had to rearrange our day to be available for the Summit representative to come and replace the box, even though property owner stated she would have her housekeeper or handyman show up. We received a text from the owner asking us to be there. The handyman had to come and investigate the refrigerator because it wasn’t cooling and all of our ice cream melted. He had to go buy a small refrigerator so we could move things to it. The owner stated it was a new refrigerator and it eventually did get cold, however, it’s unfortunate it took hours for a brand new refrigerator to get cold. The pool has a leak and we had to keep the water hose running when we were in it so we had water to stay in the pool. Also, there was no hot water to the kitchen sink. There was a broken dining room chair and one of the queen size mattresses turned into a taco when two people laid in it. There were not enough supplies to accommodate our group, which all of our information had to be provided prior to renting. A month prior to checking in, I reached out to the property owner for check-in instructions. There was no communication from her until 6/8 the day of our check in letting us know that housekeeping is running late. Communicate!
