Very nice room with a great view. A very spacious balcony as well. The room is very nice and was very clean on arrival. And the host responded within minutes of texting and always answered the phone. Would most definitely recommend and we will be returning

Beautiful view from the spacious balcony. The furniture looks good, but has seen some wear. The pool is not heated, which made it too cold for us in March, but the hot tub was great!

Check was super easy. We had the codes for the property while we were still traveling there. The host was super responsive and replied back very fast to the few questions I had. The view from the room balcony is amazing off the emerald coast. The room was clean when we checked in and smelled amazing. There were only 2 small issues I encountered. There was a small hole above the curtains over the sliding glass door that needs repaired and the yellow chairs at the dining room table were dirty with spots on the fabric. The room was amazing for my stay and I will definitley be booking again.

We apologize for the hole above the curtains and the spots on the dining chairs, and we’ll share your feedback with the appropriate team. We appreciate your review and look forward to welcoming you back to Twin Palms 603!

Location was fabulous, but the condo itself could use some work. The curtains were hanging off of the rod. The floors were filthy. The code is a master bedroom ran constantly. I called the number to get it fixed with no luck so we had to shut the door in order to sleep. The couch loveseat in the living area was totally worn out like I said location was great. We had a fabulous time. I just think the Condo used some work.
