The house and grounds are beautiful, well maintained and clean. The entire house is bright and airy. There are many extras you don’t find often. A cabinet full of spices and kitchen supplies, kids toys, life jacket, swim diapers, puzzles and more. Kids potty, stair gates, portion, two regular cribs. We had 6 kids ages 2 to 7 and they had plenty of space to play indoors and out. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Hampton Bays

Great property - with a pool and pool table. Was a great setup for our group. Good location - near restaurants, beaches, etc in Hampton Bays but we didn't have to venture into Hamptons traffic if we didn't want to. Looks like it's also really well setup if you have young children (baby gates on stairs, cribs, etc)

Peaceful woodsy house with a lovely pool

We had a big family party, grandparents and three couples as well as a newborn and a five and seven year old. We were close to several beaches as well as two towns, grocery stores, etc. The only problem was that the TV wanted us to sign up for Samsung before we could watch anything. The owner tried hard to remedy this for us. The kitchen was very well equipped for a vacation house. The pool was heated and was delightful for everyone. We had a great kids bedroom for the 5 and 7 year old and a crib for the baby. Super good place to stay and the owner is responsive and so helpful.

Wonderful property in a private wood setting. Bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen, dining and living room were well appointed. Game room a plus. If the weather was warmer then then deck and pool would be great.

Beautiful gateway

We are very happy and please whith your service, very clean and it has everything I needed for cooking.. The patio is amazing for dining out..and the plus is the game room, where all my family ended the days playing..

Extended Family getaway

I would gladly rent this property next year, Communication w the property manager was seamless and prompt. Spacious and clean home. Super back deck with more than ample furniture facing the pool and private tree ringed property. Wholly peaceful and relaxing. Oh yeah, a big new Weber gas grill, too, to cook for the family. Nice game room for post dinner fun and games. Well done.

Spacious home for a multi-family vacation

My husband and I want to say that we enjoyed using your Hamptons Bay home for the week of Aug 4-10. It was large enough to accommodate our three families with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. The home was stocked with the many necessities. The fenced-in yard and pool were terrific and enjoyed by our grandchildren. The basement game room was a plus on rainy days. Stop/Shop, pizza and Carvel were all within 3 miles. We went to a nice public beach at Ponquogue (7 miles away). It was expensive- $40/car for non residents, but worth the visit. Lastly, the owners were very responsive to our questions during our say.

Great Family Vacation

The house was a wonderful place for our family gathering. It was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable, both indoors and outdoors. The pool was amazing with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, a pool cover to keep the pool clean and great pool floats to play with. There was also a fantastic game room with fuzzball, pool and a ton of other games. It was a really unique addition to the house. The grill and outdoor dining setup let us spend hours enjoying our dinners outdoors with the family. They also had a nice outdoor lounge set which we enjoyed other than on the rainy days. The bedrooms were beyond huge, tasteful and all 5 had bathrooms. It was really more than we needed. They had a smart TV with plenty of viewing options. I could've used more loungy couches but it's more of a personal preference. The kitchen was large and nicely stocked and had an island that was nice to eat breakfast at. The indoor dining table and chairs were super comfortable. Hampton Bays is fairly down to earth for the Hamptons and has lovely beaches and bays. Nice proximity to both the North Fork and South Fork. Our host, Eleanor, was amazing. Incredibly responsive and helpful. Thank you Eleanor for sharing your wonderful home! We had a very special time.

Perfect visit!

The home and surrounding area are beautiful! The pool and backyard and great for the kids to play safely. The home was equipped with baby gates and an amazing game room! Our host was very responsive to all questions and very helpful. Overall can’t say enough great things this was 10/10

Absolutely fabulous.

The property is just as shown in the pictures. Five bedrooms (4 with king beds and one with two twin beds) and 5 bathrooms (one for each bedroom - but 2 have access from hallways). Beautiful secluded property with pool. Wonderful deck with seating and dining table that seats 8. Awning over deck. Great kitchen. House was completely stocked with everything you need except groceries. Couldn't have been better. A really great experience that would be hard to duplicate.

Perfect stay

Eleanora’s home is perfect for a Hamptons getaway and super well managed. The property is beautiful, surrounded by forest with total privacy. The home is clean and has tons of amenities for families. This includes a heated pool, game room, well stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. Moreover, I don’t think I’ve been to a rental property so well set up for infants and toddlers; safety gates are present at each stairwell and there is a crib for use as well. The home is well located in Hampton Bays for visits to both other parts of the Hamptons and the North Fork. Eleanora is very responsive to any issues. A strong storm broke two of the poolside umbrellas while we were here, and new ones were delivered to the house within a day. Couldn’t recommend more... we had a perfect two weeks.
