Lost and Found: We are not responsible for items left behind. If you request a lost item to be shipped, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will apply.

Extended Stays: For reservations longer than 21 days, an additional $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added after booking.

Late Check-Outs: Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50 fee.

Lovely Condo steps from the beach

Fabulously clean and had all the basics to make our trip great. It was a lovely surprise to have a kitchen with a few basics - olive oil, salt pepper, etc and a few extras like coffee with half and half available. Property management was very responsive using the VRBO contact system.

Misleading

Bedroom dresser had veneer damage. Old Bathroom ceiling walls old peeling paint Bedroom wall damaged by door know Front screen door damaged and partially off hinge. Front metal door needs cleaned and painted. Otherwise bed was nice and beach and neighbors enjoyable. This unit needs rehabbed I have requested the owner refund 25% be returned. Their description was misleading and deceptive. Help I requested a 25% refund from Lage real estate
