We had a great stay here. The property was very nice, clean, and well maintained. Having direct ocean access was a huge plus, and the pool and lounge area were perfect for relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it was a great place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation. Location is perfect with easy access to all Cocoa Beach has to offer. The rooftop differentiates this property from all others. We even got to watch the Artemis II launch with a great view and significantly fewer crowds. Aside from the couch being a little older, the property is exactly as laid out. Highly recommend.

The room set up was perfect, each bedroom with its own bath. It was very well supplied for basic needs of a longer stay. Beds were comfy. The couch was not very comfortable. Some more comfortable seating would be nice. It was dog friendly and there was a park nearby that we could exercise him.
