Great condo!! Very roomy, we loved the location close to Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. There was a lot of room in this condo and we loved the ground level walk out. We would definitely stay here again in the future!! Thank you allowing us to use your beautiful home and amenities!

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful clean property. Loved how close it was to the Ocean and so many things to do within walking distance. Very happy with our stay will definitely look into booking this property again!

As ‘snowbirds’, we thoroughly enjoyed our ‘winter respite’ at this lovely Cocoa Beach condo! It was sparkling clean upon arrival and had everything we needed to make our time there very pleasant! A well stocked kitchen, in house laundry, inviting decor, along with comfortable beds and perfect shower water-pressure, all added to our positive experience. The ground floor patio offered a wonderful view of the heated pool & ocean as well as easy access to the beach walkway. We were lucky enough to witness many rocket launches during our stay. Dave, the owner, was great to work with and gave clear, helpful instructions!We definitely will stay here again!
