Welcome to our Classic Rehoboth Cottage, just 1.5 blocks from the Beach and Boardwalk! Walk to restaurants, downtown shops and a playground, Outlets are nearby, a short drive away.

Our charming vacation spot offers clean, comfortable and attractive accommodations. It sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably, three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, a queen sleeper sofa in the first-floor bonus room with attached full bath. Most guests love sitting on the large, screened porch for morning coffee as well as in the evening for dinner and conversation.

New for 2025, a full upstairs bathroom refresh. The kitchen boasts a new appliances and accessories to make your stay more enjoyable.

Relax in our backyard, with a picnic table and an ample supply of lightning bugs for that perfect summer glow. After a day at the beach, rinse off in our fully enclosed outdoor shower, available from late spring to fall. Our fenced backyard is a popular safe haven for families with young children.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our cleaning staff ensures everything is perfect for your 4 P.M. check-in. If anything falls short, let us know immediately so we can make it right.

Please be mindful of our residential neighborhood, keeping noise levels down to respect our year-round neighbors.

Guests provide linens (sheets, towels and blankets), but rental options are available through Coastal Beach Services at 302 260-7021. Because of cleaning schedules, early check-in and late checkout are unavailable. Please dispose of trash and leave keys and parking permit (if arrangements are made to have one) by the door to avoid replacement charges. No pets (severe allergies), primary renters under 30 years of age or party groups are allowed.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Dishes, pots & pans should be clean and stored
Remotes should be left where they were at check in (ac and fan), keys left in tray by the door (2), one (1) key in lockbox, parking permit, if left, in tray as well
Furniture and bed covers placed where they were at check in
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please communicate vacation expectations to Property Owner before booking. No party groups. Disruptive guests will be asked to vacate. No open flames.
Guests provide their own linens (sheets, towels and blankets). 2 queens, 2 twins, queen sleeper sofa. No sand inside; protect appliances please.
Trash can must be taken to the curb early on Mondays and Thursdays before 7 am or the night before. Recycle can picks up early Friday.

Great place!

Perfect location and charming

We stayed here with our multigenerational extended family, including my elderly parents. The locations can’t be beat, easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, amenities are easily accessible. The house was very comfortable for my family of 5 and we easily were able to accommodate 2 unexpected family members for 1 night of our stay. My grandmother purchased the cottage in 1952. I loved spending summers here with my parents, brothers and sisters. We enjoyed being close to the ocean and the boardwalk and looked forward to visiting each year. Even though I live and work in the Virgin Islands, a visit to Rehoboth has always provided me and my children with a connection to an old fashioned vacation filled with walking or riding bikes around town. The cottage is now filled with its fifth generation of happy family vacationers!

Why they chose this property

The location is ideal. We enjoy coming up from the beach, hanging our towels on the line and taking outside showers. The large, screened porch is fun for adults and children. The first-floor bonus room offers a queen sleeper sofa option (with attached bath) and/or provides a quiet space for game playing or watching movies at the end of a full day! Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. If you'd like to venture away from the immediate area, you can take a short drive to a nearby water park or do some shopping at the outlet shops on the highway.

What makes this property unique

Attractive, well located (within walking distance of local attractions), fenced yard, fully enclosed outside shower and large front porch... park the car, entrance is clearly marked so pull right in (room for 2) and you're set to relax! Guests will enjoy refurbished bathrooms, the queen sofa bed downstairs and the ceiling fan on the front porch. It includes a light, exciting for our family. We like to play cards and board games out at the picnic table after dinner!
