We are glad we rented this home for a week. It was spacious, clean, well-equipped and in a quiet neighborhood with no traffic. And the red rock views were spectacular from both the front and rear of the house. If we need a larger home, this will be the one we rent.

Great house in a great location. We loved that it was quiet and away from downtown Sedona while still being close to many trails and parks. Many of the restaurants we went to were close by in Oak Creek along with a well stocked grocery store. If you're looking for quiet and relaxing, this is your destination.

This property is lovely and truly situated among the red rocks in Sedona! The location is a little outside of town, but just beneath the Chapel of the Holy Cross. It is an easy walk, and absolutely beautiful. We woke up every morning feeling like we were in heaven! The home is lovely and accommodated our group very well. It was tidy and well maintained. We would return for sure!

The views were absolutely amazing, and my family truly enjoyed our stay, it felt like a home away from home. Everything was set up just as described in the listing, which made for a smooth and comfortable experience.The only minor issues we encountered were that the hot water lever in the master bathroom was a bit difficult to use, and the kitchen was missing some basic items like cooking utensils, oils, and spices. Additionally, the coffee pot was on the smaller side, which was noticeable since we’re big coffee drinkers.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would most likely choose to stay here again if we return to Sedona. Thank you for the great memories!

Family Trip to Sedona

The property was very nice and incredibly CLEAN! Great location for hiking and safe neighborhood. Overall a great stay! Only issue was there is a table and chairs noted in the pictures outside and it was not there. We like to eat our meals outside when in nice weather so it was missed! Other than that a beautiful property!

Could have been perfect....

The Good: Location, neighborhood, online description, cleanliness, and spacious.Not So Good: Communication w/ property manager by email (didn't reply to messages), Lease agreement sent from different email and we didn't receive it, therefore we did not receive check-in instructions. Had to call them to resend multiple times to multiple emails until one finally showed up in our inbox. Check-in is late (4pm) and checkout is early (10am). Hot Tub was cool and operation instructions were not available. Overall stay was positive and most of the above was corrected.
