Walk to the Beach with Ocean Views!

Dennis - take in the salt air from this 3 bedroom 1.5 bath Cape located just a stones throw to Dr. Lords Beach. Great views off the Bay from the rear deck and peaks from the front porch. This home is bright, airy and comfortably furnished. On the first level there is an open living room/dining area with sliders to the deck, a great kitchen, 1/2 bath, and bedroom with full bed. On the second floor there are 2 large bedrooms, one with a king size bed and and the other with 2 twins. The full bath is located on the second floor. Rinse off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower. A/C and Wifi. Make your memories here this summer! Living space approximately 1550 square footage.

Max occupancy is 5. This home offers a Saturday change over.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. What a wonderful place!

Thank you for offering your lovely home for our family vacation. The home is bright and clean and it is soooo close to the beach! We were so happy to meet some of the neighbors, who were so nice and helpful. This is truly a special place and we hope to be back again next year!

Absolutely fabulous house.

We new the location as we stayed in different houses there for years. But this was the best house we stayed in so far. The dune and ocean views from almost all windows and from the deck are hard to match. The large bright rooms let us enjoy the meals inside and out. The wrap around deck / porch means you can always find a sunny or a shady side, whatever you prefer. The house is clean and very convenient. It has everything you need. Just one advise to the owner is that the dishwasher may require replacement. On a couple of occasions, when fully loaded it started spilling water on the kitchen floor in the middle of the cycle. Good thing someone was around and immediately stopped it, otherwise it could have been a nasty surprise.

Perfect Location!

The view and proximity to the beach are the best features of this house! We’ve stayed in this neighborhood before and appreciate the quietness and the short walk to Scargo lake for late afternoon swims.

A Wonderful Week

Our family was so happy to be together and enjoy this beautiful property. It is in a lovely neighborhood and the home is very clean and nice. A short walk to the beach was perfect for our little ones, especially at low tide when there are many tidal pools to explore. We look forward to renting this property agian!

Great stay. Location was ideal. Walk to beach and or lake. Beach started ok (rocky, seaweed) but completely cleared by weeks end with ideal conditions. House was pristine with all the comforts and views!!
