Thank you for your feedback, Michael. We would like to clarify the facts regarding your stay for future guests. We proactively notified you of the dishwasher malfunction prior to your arrival, and you agreed to proceed with the reservation at that time. We then coordinated a brand-new replacement and had a manager on-site to oversee the installation by a third-party vendor to minimize any disruption to your 13-night stay. Regarding the furniture and beds, the villa was recently renovated and all items—including the 'rock-hard' couches—are brand new. It is important to note that during your entire stay, no concerns were raised regarding the lamps, furniture, or mattresses. These items were only brought up several days after your departure as part of a request for a significant monetary refund. While we strive to resolve all issues in real-time, we cannot offer compensation for subjective preferences or issues reported only after a stay has concluded. Unfortunately, this was not a good hosting experience for our team and we would not host this guest again. We wish you the best in finding accommodations that better suit your specific preferences.
