Come stay and relax at this beautiful 3 bedroom PGA West condo located on the 12th hole of the Arnold Palmer Private Course. The unit, with unobstructed views of the fairway, 12th green, and the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains make this location tough to beat. Enjoy a barbeque while taking in the night-lit mountains or enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio overlooking the golf course. The pool / spa is immediately across the street and available for your use. The inside has been upgraded with tile floors, solatube lighting, solid core interior doors, granite slab kitchen counter tops & backsplash, gas stove top, & recessed lighting. The front golf course patio is equipped for outside eating, with table, umbrella, coffee table and sitting area. Two bedrooms are furnished with king beds and the third bedroom with twin beds. The Master Bedroom has its own private patio for reading and relaxing. Both baths are upgraded with travertine shower enclosures and clear shower doors. Flat screen tv's are provided throughout the unit. There are 3 public golf courses at PGA West, two restaurants and close to hiking trails, shopping, golf, tennis and other activities. The home is located minutes away from the spring festivals and the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. The kitchen with all necessary items to prepare your own meals, including utinsels for cooking, baking or barbequing – the barbeque is located on the back patio. We expect your meals will be a combination of eating “in” and eating “out” and have provided a list of our favorite local restaurants that you may enjoy, as well as directions to the nearest food markets. (Understanding that you may be from outside the area – or even the United States we have includes a Welcome Book at the unit that lists this information and provides a general orientation to the area.) The unit is also furnished with full laundry facilities for your use as needed – including washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Gary was very responsive and helped get a parking permit for the property for our second car. The condo is very comfortable and the outdoor patio area was so lovely for a morning cup of coffee. We were a group of 6 going to Coachella and it was very close to the festival while being quiet and peaceful as a place to rest. We would come back again!
