This modern two story house is located in beautiful historic downtown Nacogdoches. It boasts three bedrooms, two and a half baths, along with an extra game room and two-car garage. SFA is only 1.3 miles away. Walking distance to Fredonia Brewery, local restaurants, and Lanana trail.
Master bedroom downstairs with a California King bed and a newly remodeled shower. Kitchen with an island with dining room and living room. Two bedroom upstairs with a large game room to watch movies and relax or play pool with family. We have a Queen and King bed upstairs with another full restroom. We have a large back porch with plenty of space in backyard. Two car garage with some workout equipment. We have a large driveway to easily go in and out.
