A lovely stay

My family stay here was truly lovely, we have nothing to fault, lovely place, lovely host with great communication despite the busy holiday season, lovely neighborhood and all round lovely amenities. Highly recommended

We enjoyed this Condo. The unit was modern and spotless. All amenities were as described and better. Valet parking was great. Communications were prompt and reliable. would stay here again for sure.

My stay was good. Needs face towels along with the linen. Platform beds are the norm but not very comfortable for a 55 year old getting up. I would t say this unit is out dated but the overall condo is. Stay was good for the time we were there.

Vacation Rental

Older building. Not restored but fresh paint and Ikea type of furniture. Building itself is clean and also freshly painted. Only negative, same price as other buildings in this location, but price should reflect age of building. Pool area small and guests vie for chairs. There is ocean view (on the side) but main view is the top of parking garage.

The building and staff were very helpful and friendly, which we truly appreciated. Valet parking was convenient and the attendants were pleasant. The location is a plus — very walkable and an easy Lyft ride to the Hollywood Beach area.The unit itself was overall okay but not well stocked. There were no washcloths provided, and the kitchen, which was advertised as “gourmet,” did not meet that expectation. The cookware was heavily used, drinkware was plastic, and some basic items were missing, including pot holders, dish towels, and a can opener, which we had to purchase ourselves.We were also surprised by the construction during our stay. While the listing mentions balcony repairs, it also stated the project would be completed by 12/31/25. Construction began daily around 8:30 a.m. and included jackhammering. Although we aren’t night owls, it would have been nice to have the option to sleep in a bit longer while on vacation.The unit was generally clean; however, we did find a beach towel full of sand in the closet that appeared to have been left behind by a previous guest.

Lack of understanding and communication

A lot of construction no tv should have been done better and they never fixed anything we asked keep making excuses cut off water and they never told us when it was turned back on all they kept saying they would fix everything and never did anything get fixed I told them that I wanted my money back it was terrible I want ever return but if they would fix everything I went through it might could be a good place but all they kept with many excuses but never did anything got fixed I was so upset and I’m waiting on Vrbo about a full refund not some but all it was a very bad situation
