A golfers paradise! Located on Hilton Head Island, this fabulous condo features 2 bedroom/2 full bath 2nd floor Sanibel floor plan. The 1350 sq Ft condo includes a screened porch & balcony. Enjoy great golf and lagoon views from your private screened porch. Primary bedroom has a king bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds (additional set-up fee for king bed conversion). Guests can enjoy access to a washing machine, dryer, iron, heating, AC, hair dryer, and WiFi during their stay. The property includes 2 pools, kiddie pool and hot tub and outdoor grills. Management by the Westin Oceanfront Resort allows use of the hotel amenities including fitness center, oceanfront pool complex, beach access and resort shuttle. A great golf & tennis package is included with rental. Housekeeping fee is paid directly to the Westin Resort and is non-negotiable. NO pets allowed, NO smoking allowed. Housekeeping fee is set by the Westin Resort. All fees subject to change. *Note: The Westin Resort and Spa requires a credit/debit card at check-in for any incidental and housekeeping/cleaning charges.

Port Royal is a beautiful area. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Coligny. Here you can enjoy walking or biking on the pathways. We are steps away from the beach and the best part is our affiliation with the Westin resorts.
