The Pool Palace - Modern 2500 sq ft 2-bdrm apartment w/ an enclosed heated pool!

This stylish 2500 sq ft lower-level apartment is perfect whether you're a travel nurse, doctor, contractor, or simply seeking a luxurious escape. Located 2 miles from Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Hwy 316, and close to restaurants, supermarkets, and shops, this property offers both convenience and luxury.

20x40 ft pool, fireplace in living room, queen-size sofa bed, two bedrooms with king beds, bathroom and spacious laundry with direct pool access, pool table in game room and more.

The Pool Palace has its own private entry and is separated from the remainder of the home where the hosts reside.

The pool/hot tub is open year round for use 7am-10pm EST. However, to ensure the best experience of these amenities from Oct - April, heating is available upon request at an additional cost with a minimum 2-night stay. We must be notified at least 24 hours in advance to provide heat.

Pool heat/hot tub combined $150 daily
Pool only $150 1st day; $100 add'l days
Hot tub only $75 daily

When traveling with children, a waiver must be signed before accessing the pool.

You understand that swimming in the pool is at your own risk and that risks may be involved with swimming and/or being around the pool.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and/or using the pool and hold owner not responsible.

You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and using the pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the pool.

You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you and/or your party may incur.

You understand the risk discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility and for the consequences of those in your party.

You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, using the pool.

All guests in my party acknowledge that by booking this property constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between guests and host.

Guests take full responsibility for anything, including but not limited to injury, death, etc. while staying on property.

Guests Access:
Guests have the apartment unit to themselves and have access to the pool (upon signing the waiver), pool deck with tables and chairs.
