Although the house was spacious and clean, there is someone living on the property. This was not disclosed in the listing. There is a thin door that separates their living area from rest of house. Could hear their conversation (knew they could hear us too) and their television. Left a night early preferring to be at home over this arrangement. Not a deal breaker for some, but that information should be included in the listing. Again, a clean home and comfortable beds and host answered questions quickly.

Jill, the property has the house and apartment. I have never had anyone say they can hear them, or they have never said they can hear anyone in the house. I wish you had mentioned that's why you left. I am happy to refund that night's rental, as our goal is for our guests to be completely satisfied.
