It’s a timeshare, so there are more hoops to jump through, but the property is awesome. There are pools and a gym and a ton to do. Great location too. The carpet in the halls were not super clean and there were no elevators. Otherwise great.
We had a fabulous stay. The property is updated and very clean. The host was in contact with information needed for check in and everything went so smoothly. We would stay here again in the future.
The property is well maintained and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We needed extra towels and received them quickly and the staff member was help to help. The condos are very nice and clean.
We had a lovely stay. The space was exactly as described and the mini golf and video games in the Game Center were a HUGE hit with the kids. Laundry and dishwasher made everything easy as pie. Thank you!!!
The place was just as listed...lots of room to move around, didnt feel cramped. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife by the pond each morning. We also appreciated the quoet hours.Only thing i would suggest to property is that they would power wash outside on balacony if possible.
Very nice property. Secure facility, with excellent amenities. Condo was modern and clean, with appropriate equipment. Master BR was hot when we arrived, and AC barely kept up during the heat wave. Suggest staff pre-cool max cold for future guests. It was a record heat week for Virginia.
This resort feels old and dated but checked a box for somewhere to sleep. The check-in process was loud and overwhelming...making customers go to or wait on a concierge just to find out the location of their unit is ridiculous. The "concierge" got pushy when I said "no" to the timeshare meeting...told me "it was expected of guests." That really started things out wrong. Then we arrived at our condo and there was a big party with rap music playing LOUDLY in the unit behind ours. It felt like we were on the wrong side of town, but we did not experience any further issues. The unit itself is as pictured. Although dated, it was quite clean and served the purpose of a place to sleep while we toured Williamsburg. The grounds were well maintained. We did not use the other facilities because our purpose there was touring the historic sites. It was just a short drive to parking for Colonial Williamsburg.
Excellent place to stay for the family. If you're in town for a Coast Guard graduation and need a place to relax in between, it doesn't get any better than this
