This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has two outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.


The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $13.00 amenities fee per condo.

This resort is great. So many great amenities including indoor pool, an outdoor pool with a kiddie pool section attached, another outdoor pool for adults only and then a hot tub. A pool bar, mini golf, game room with a pool table. Inside the suites are roomy and mine had a full kitchen with stove and dishwasher and a dining room table. There was a washer and dryer combo right there in the suite as well. Great location…just a few minutes from Williamsburg and plenty of great places to eat close by.

We came for a few days over Xmas break. The location was central and close to Busch gardens, Yorktown, Jamestown and colonial Williamsburg. It was Clean, kitchen stocked and kids loved the pool and game room! Would come back!

We felt very comfortable at this Wyndham resort property! It was clean and spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a nice meal! Close to Historic Williamsburg! The grounds were decorated for Christmas as well and the grandkids liked all the lit up sights!

We were able to check in quickly, the rooms were clean, and we enjoyed all the amenities at the resort. My only complaint is that the dryer took multiple cycles to dry anything, but just a minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay again.
