This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has two outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.


The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $13.00 amenities fee per condo.

Great stay over July 4th

We were in town for 5 days for a sports tournament in Yorktown, and this resort was a great home base. We had washer/dryer in the unit, plus kitchen space for basic food prep. The 3-bedroom lockout was perfect for my family and my parents; it gave us plenty of space for hanging out and sleeping, plus a little privacy when needed. The arcade and putt putt were big hits with the kids!

Pleasant Getaway

This was the perfect place to stay for Thanksgiving with my in-laws. We all had a private space and it was conveniently located close to areas in the historic triangle. My son especially enjoyed arcade and mini golf.

Perfect for Families

This vacation destination is a great option for families, looking to relax, but let the kids have fun. It is close to Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, and colonial Williamsburg, as well as Yorktown and Jamestown. We definitely will be coming back.

We had a very comfortable stay. The place was clean, with plenty of storage for clothes, comfortable beds, hot showers, and a well-equipped kitchen with great cooking utensils. Everything felt thoughtfully set up and easy to use.One thing to note for future guests. As this is a timeshare property, there is a sales pitch at check-in offering free stays in exchange for attending a presentation. We declined, but it did take a bit of time to make that clear. We appreciated that the host warned us in advance and confirmed that attendance at this presentation is not required.Once you get past check-in, this is a great stay and a comfortable base for visiting Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens.

Easy Process and Nice Property

Check-in was very easy and the property was very nice. I was leery of the possibility of time-share salesmanship that some other reviews have warned about, but we didn't experience anything of the kind while we stayed.

The listing was accurate, it was clean, the beds were comfy. The property amenities were nice, especially when traveling with kids. They knew we were bringing along a toddler and had a pack and play available in the room when we areived, which was thoughtful. The check in process is a little drawn out as it is a time share property, but that was the only snag, and it wasn't that bad.

Great resort and clean property.

I was apprehensive about staying at this resort after realizing it was a timeshare, but in all honesty, i was never once pressured into anything and Matt and his team communicated with me perfeftly and answered all of our questions. I even called them before our stay and spoke to them with additional questions and they were great! The resort is beautiful and has all kinds of stuff for the family to do. Highly recommend this place!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Kingsgate. It was close to Amusement parks, and tons of eateries and markets. Host was Wonderful. He called me the week before we were set to arrive to give me all of the info we needed. He left no stone unturned! Will definitely be back!

Clean, Roomy Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The rooms were clean, roomy and well-stocked with dishes, pans, bath towels, toiletries, coffee maker, etc. We had four adults staying in a three-bedroom, three-bath arrangement and we all had room to spread out while we were at the condo. The location was also great as we toured the colonial village and Jamestown and ate at area restaurants which were all close by. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Couldn't have been better. The amenities can't be beat. The outdoor heated pool is very warm and nice in the spring. Kids loved the free arcades. The rooms where large and the beds comfortable. Good cable selection.
