We loved our stay at this property. The house has lots of living space for our group which included babies, teens and young adults! The location is perfect. The backyard faces south so gets lots of sun, and the covered patio is perfect for relaxing. Our host was responsive to all our questions. We had no issues staying at the property. Beds were great. This house was a wonderful place for our family trip. My 3 year old nephew absolutely loved the hot tub and air hockey table. The kitchen was nice and open, the double ovens were very convenient for dinners, and the TV by the hot tub was in use to watch sports in the evening. Kim was easily accessible and answered all our questions very promptly. I cannot recommend this house enough. 5 stars.

Cousins get together!

The purpose of our trip was to get together with relatives. We used to spend part of our summers together as kids and now that we are in our 60’s to 70’s we are still having a great time. We were able to host brunch and dinner for 10 in our beautiful VRBO. I would recommend this VRBO to everyone!

Comfy Desert Home

Loved this home away from home! Spacious, clean and well appointed with plenty of outdoor seating. Nice location to grocery and other shopping, and easy to get to major freeways. We felt at home immediately and appreciated the accommodations and the informational binders in case we needed to trouble shoot anything. Kimberly was quick to respond to communications and did everything she could to make our stay feel just like home. We will be returning for another stay!

Awesome house

We loved our stay here. It was a great location to enjoy soring training in the mornings, and the pool and hot tub in the afternoon/evening. The air hockey table was a huge hit with my kids. Kim was very responsive to the few questions I had. The house provided plenty of towels, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We hope to be back!

This house was absolutely amazing!

The pictures do no justice. This house had everything a family with kids could need. We absolutely loved it!! My kids will be talking about this one for a long time!! Us adults enjoyed it just as much! We had a few questions when we got there and the owners were very prompt with their responses! We would love to stay here again!!

Spring training

Overall we loved our stay. It is super close to spring training. The house has lots of room for little kids to enjoy and a park within walking distance. The only con would be that the pool and spa don’t heat at the same time and you aren’t told that until you arrive and that it takes your whole first day to heat the pool, which you are paying for, so you don’t get to enjoy the pool the whole first day.

Great Stay with Family

This house was the perfect size for two families. There was plenty of space. We were thrilled to find three bedrooms with king size beds and a bonus room with a queen and a queen pullout. All the adults and adult sized children were beyond happy. The pool and hot tub took some time to heat up but were definitely used even in December. The location was perfect since we have grandparents living in Pebble Creek and it was an easy walk. We had a great time!

Kim was very helpful. The property was well setup, better than most rentals. They had plenty of towels and washcloths. The kitchen has plenty of appliances and pans needed: things like a blender, toaster, lots of coffee brewing options, and plenty of supplies and spices too. The TVs had Apple TV to cast to which made entertainment easy. The backyard was great; you could only heat the hot tub or the pool so took some planning for getting the pool heated but we enjoyed the hot tub (which had a tv setup for it which was nice at night). Truly well thought out in layout and stocked. Kim was really great helping with anything we needed hep with.

Thanks so much for staying at our home Stacy. We are so happy you enjoyed everything. The outdoor TV and pool is definitely a great way to enjoy your days. The pool can remain heated throughout your stay, you do have to switch to spa mode and that takes about 20 min to heat up. We would love to have you return!!

a place for family

We were organizing a family reunion and since some family already lived in Phoenix, decided this was the easiest place to meet. We needed a place that could accommodate adults and children. We were able to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with plenty of space, things to do, and a kitchen to prepare a feast. The home was extremely clean and the layout is very functional. The owners are very organized and all information is easily accessible. The owners are also very responsive via email (during booking) and during our stay (via cell phone) We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and appreciate the professional and good communication the owners provided throughout the process.
