Updated kitchens, appliances and bathroom, hardwood floors, skylight and cathedral ceilings. 5000 BTU air conditioners in living rooms and master bedrooms. Only .3 miles to Sea St beach. Quick walk to local hot spots: Dog House Restaurant, Woolfies Bakery and Cleat and Anchor! Front porches on each side, along with two rear 6’x7’ decks with picnic tables. Outdoor area also includes gas grill and lawn chairs. Home includes cable TV and WiFi.
Note: Baths are shower only. There is not an interior connecting door between both units.
