Close walk to beach, Outside showers were nice, Large outside dining on the deck was perfect for us. When we wanted bigger waves, we just took a half hour drive to Marconi and Nauset Light Beaches in Eastham on the Nat Seashore.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good size home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus outdoor shower. Great grill space under a roof with a small picnic table/patio. wonderful deck with large table & chairs in the sun. 10 lounge chairs with nice side yard. Kitchen and furniture were dated/stained- needs upgrades. Had an issue with step board loose and it was immediately handled.

My family had a blast! Beautiful property that is a five minute walk to a beach. Tons of room for the ten of us. Plenty of space for corn hole and a wonderful deck to eat outside and enjoy the weather! Highly recommend!

Perfect House!

Stayed with my siblings and their families and it was perfect! 3 full bathrooms make any vacation so much easier. The house is nicely sectioned so that kids can sleep away from the noise of the main living room. The outside space is great for all purposes and the walk to the public beach is an easy quarter mile. We also especially enjoyed the Sailing Cow! Will be back next summer!

Wonderful Cape Cod Vacation

Very well equipped and maintained. Great location. 5 minute walk to beach. 5 minute walk to wonderful restaurant and fish market. Ample quantity of beach chairs. Outdoor furniture and yard were perfect for us.

Reunion #1 to be continued.

We loved the house. Plenty of room for our small family reunion of 6. One of the reasons for going to the Cape was to do the bike trail. Access was so near it was perfect to load and unload our bikes at the trail. Steve was very helpful and informative. Only a text away. Definitely will stay again.
