Beautiful PS escape

The property was fabulous and Arturo, our host, was even better. The kitchen was very well equipped, we cooked about 50% of our time. Eating breakfast in the beautiful backyard everyday was such a pleasure. The rest of the house was very light & airy & nicely decorated. Arturo was really responsive and had great suggedtionsnicely

We appreciate the feedback on the location as well. North Palm Springs can get a bit windier at times, which is pretty typical across the Coachella Valley—even in South Palm Springs. With our 30-day minimum stay, having a car is definitely recommended, and the home includes a single-car garage along with plenty of additional community parking. Downtown Palm Springs is just a quick 5-minute drive from the property. Thanks again for staying with us—we’d love to host you again!

The modern architecture of the Palermo community and the intimate size of the neighborhood were two of the main reasons we decided to purchase this property. We fell in love with the sleek, contemporary design and the sense of tranquility that comes from being part of a smaller, more exclusive community. It truly enhances the feeling of privacy and relaxation, making it the perfect desert retreat.

What makes this property unique

This property is truly special, as every detail was carefully chosen to create a vibrant oasis in the desert. When my partner and I remodeled the home, we did it with the intention of making it our personal retreat, incorporating only the highest-end finishes because we had no plans to rent it out. However, with work taking us away more often, we’re excited to open our doors to guests through Vrbo. Hosting is a new adventure for us, and we sincerely hope that this home brings you the same relaxation and happiness it has brought us.
