Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath home just a block from the beach and local restaurants! Enjoy a spacious backyard with a grill and outdoor dining table. Inside, relax by the electric fireplace or watch your favorite shows on Roku TVs in each bedroom and the living room. The home features stainless steel appliances, a bunk bed, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Welcome to The Bayview Retreat vacation home! Enjoy the beautiful West Ocean View Beach only a few steps away, Fishing Pier, and Golf Club nearby, plus plenty of other dining and entertainment options in the area to explore!

This small yet charming home by the beach sleeps up to 6 people comfortably with 2 bedrooms and 1 full baths. Plus a fenced-in backyard with dining table and bbq grill and free parking for up to 3 vehicles. Fully stocked with clean linens, towels, cookware and essentials. Perfect for families, or business travelers.

Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard during their stay.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve the issue ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

1 block from the beach and lots of nearby restaurants. Used it as a hub for exploring surrounding areas. Only recommendation is fpr them to get a plastic shower curtain liner to pair with the current fabric shower curtain. Minor detail. Everything was really great!

We visited over Labor Day weekend. The house was clean, quiet, stocked well and super cozy. The back yard is HUGE and our two grandbabies loved all the space. There is a beautiful oak tree in the backyard that must be hundreds of years old. So beautiful our son decided to propose to his girlfriend under it! I'd like to personally thank Atlantic Homes for the sweet sentiments they sent to our son and fiance when they found out what had happened. That was above and beyond typical customer service for sure! Thank you so, so much for a wonderful stay and a house that truly felt like a home

Bayview Retreat

Overall the accommodations were nice. There were a few things that need to be addressed. There was no extra linen in the closet. There wasn’t enough toilet paper or towels for 5 people. One of the 2 rooms has a bunk bed. Definitely wasn’t suitable for 5 adults. The chairs in the yard were old and the cushions need to be replaced. Also the grass wasn’t cut, so that made the property a bit unsightly. The neighborhood was nice and the property is about 2 blocks from the beach. I would stay there again if those issues are addressed. So overall, the house would get mixed reviews.
