🌲Main Floor 💫



Welcome to Pinecone Paradise! As you step inside, you`ll be greeted by a perfectly appointed living room, centered around a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for your stay, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen table while taking in the scenic views of nature. The entertainment console beneath the TV doubles as a queen bed, when extended out.



This floor features the only full bathroom, shared with the rest of the home.



🌲Upstairs/Loft 💫



The upstairs loft offers ample sleeping space, featuring one queen bed and two twin beds. These sleeping areas are thoughtfully separated by a pocket sliding door, allowing for privacy when needed. Please note that there is no bathroom on this level, so guests will need to use the ground floor bathroom located near the kitchen.



🌲Outside💫



Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of our sprawling property, surrounded by majestic pines. On clear nights, the Milky Way unfolds above, offering a breathtaking sight that can be enjoyed with the naked eye or through a telescope for a closer look. 🌌💫



The backyard boasts a Charbroil commercial grade propane grill, perfect for outdoor cooking and dining. As evening falls, gather around the firepit to roast s`mores and bask in the warm glow under a star-lit sky. 🔥🪵



For adventure seekers, Pinecone Paradise is ideally located near Navajo, Panguitch, and Aspen Mirror Lake, all offering exceptional fishing opportunities. Additionally, Duck Creek Village provides a myriad of hiking and ATV trails for your exploration pleasure. Whether you`re here for relaxation or adventure, Pinecone Paradise offers the perfect escape. 🎣🥾\n

Duck Creek Village is a small, quaint mountain town that offers quick access to Southern Utah`s best national parks. Although we are `in the mountains,` we are not `off the grid` and we do have neighbors nearby, so you can expect to see and hear others during the day. The cabin is very close to `The Village` where the gas station, hardware store, restaurants and pub are located. It`s a short drive or a nice walk to get there.

🚨‼️ 4WD is REQUIRED in the winter months, from November to April. NO exceptions! Please do not attempt to make it in 2WD with chains. We are at 8,000 feet on the top of a mountain. The roads could be `clear` upon your arrival and a 2-foot storm can roll in overnight. You need to be prepared with 4WD ‼️🚨



Make sure that you have your GPS loaded prior to driving up the mountain, as you will lose cell phone service. We have found that Google maps works best in the area.



We highly recommend that you complete your grocery shopping before driving up the mountain, as there are very limited options for groceries on the mountain. The hardware store has a small grocery selection in case you forget any odds and ends, but we would not rely on this for your entire trip. There are restaurants in The Village and their hours vary depending upon the season. 🛒🍔



We allow house-trained, well-behaved dogs in our home. 2 dogs with a 75-pound weight limit. Dogs ONLY. No cats, birds, fish, lizards, snakes, mini horses, pigs, etc. - sorry! 🐶

You will have ample parking for you and your guests. We do have a parking spot for trailers, but we do not allow guests to camp in RVs outside. Guests are permitted to stay INSIDE of the property only. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, no exceptions.
