Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all used beds unmade and place all used towels in the bathtub. Throw blankets that were used can be left on the washer downstairs or on a bed.
Please log out of the tv settings and check for chargers and other personal items.
Turn off lights and lock the door. Trash goes in the bin outside by the detached garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Mud room access-store all boots, shoes, wet/sand gear in this area. Also, please note the heat/air are more efficient if the mud room door is closed.
The detached garage is not included in the rental. Please allow space for the owner to access.
Please do not eat, drink or sleep on the bean bag lounger downstairs. If there are spills on the lounger, there is a $100 additional cleaning fee.

On a scale of 1 to 10, (with 10 being the best) this VRBO is around a 12. The host was absolutely awesome! This house is so clean and everything feels brand new inside. Awesome kitchen with brand new appliances. The bathrooms even have Toto brand toilets. We took our 12 and 16 year old kids. Each one brought a friend. There was plenty of room. We put an air mattress in the basement for the teenagers. The 12 year olds LOVED the bunk bed in the kids bedroom on the first floor. Everything is a short drive. There is a Meijer a couple miles away to grab groceries to stock the fridge. Weko beach is about a 4-5 minute drive away and is a great beach. Silver beach (Saint Joseph) is one of the 10 best beaches in Michigan and it only took us about 15 minutes to get there. Saint Joseph is a must see. Gorgeous beach town. Do not hesitate to book this VRBO. It is going to continue to sell out quick.

Michigan offers many beautiful beaches, dunes to explore, and charming beach communities to stroll through. And that's just the beginning! There are also numerous vineyards, farm stands, rivers, playgrounds, and so much more. I love experiencing Michigan's beautiful seasons, each offering new opportunities for activities such as skiing, sunbathing on the beach, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and biking. The possibilities are endless. I am happy to share as little or as much as you'd like to help you plan a memorable Southwest Michigan adventure.

My family visited the west side of Michigan many times over the years, in various seasons and locations, when the kids were young. We love to camp and have hauled our camper to more campgrounds than I can remember. About ten years ago, we left the city and settled here in Southwest Michigan. We love our home, property, and the ability to experience all that the area has to offer on any given day of the week.
