This airy, stylish home, boasts indoor/outdoor lifestyle featuring: soaring vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen with Italian marble, long dining table that seats 10, oak floors and accents, soaking tubs, bunk room, 2 living spaces, hot tub, access to beach. French doors extend the house into fenced yard with a hot tub and yoga platform, dining area, lawn, and seating area. Hot tub is available year round seating is summer only. Biking and hiking trails are right out the front door, and number of ski areas are 5-30 min drive away. Beach is short stroll away. Access is very easy on level roads.

We are long time Tahoe locals that have built this home for ourselves. We love the location and the comfort of it, but are currently traveling the world. We know the importance of comfort away from home, and hope to pass that on to someone else.
Why they chose this property
This is arguably one of the best neighborhoods in Tahoe. We have a saying "West shore, the best shore!". We have been in Tahoe for 30 years and have chosen this area based on proximity to the beach, ski areas, hiking trails, level bike path, and ease of winter access. Lifestyle is enhanced here! You can walk to beach, you can bike to restaurants, in 5-30min you can be at a ski resort of your choosing, and hiking is out the door.
What makes this property unique
This is a brand new home with downstairs living with extended outdoor living. Home is as whimsical as it is comfortable. Soaring ceilings with floor to ceiling fireplace welcome you in, and chef's kitchen becons with Italian marble and rustic AGA range. Long skinny table has room for 10-12 people and is the center of the home. Hot tub is set amongst the Pines adjacent to the yoga platform, or you can swing the day away on an old ski chair. Downstairs is one bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom adjacent, upstairs are primary bedroom with king bed and en-suite with soaking tub and shower with rain head, chill out loft, bunk room with 4 twins, bedroom with king, and bathroom with soaking tub/shower, double trough sink. Home has wide plank oak flooring throughout (bedrooms are carpeted, but it's brand new carpet).
