A beautiful property set right on the most magnificent beach in the Exuma's! Super clean, great layout, great to kayak to the island across, go for walks, house it is in the center of the island so easy access to beaches in north and south and many restaurants! Highly Recommended, we spent 6 amazing days here!

We can’t recommend ‘Point of View’ enough! We never wanted to leave! It was truly our own little bit of paradise! From the amazing views from the deck to the private beach area, from the beautiful and well equipped interior and comfy bed to the serene location… we couldn’t have wanted for more for our week’s stay on our honeymoon. We were so sad to leave! We have fallen in love with this island and recommend to any couples visiting to stay here. We kayaked off Exuma Point Beach and snorkelled and swam at Cocoplum beach & Hoopers Bay and saw sea turtles. We ate a lovely meal at Cocoplum Bistro and had drinks at Shoreline (amazing frozen rum drinks!). George Town is about half an hour away and there are plenty of supermarkets/convenience stores on route. It was a perfect location for us! A big thank you to Sophia for the stay. If we return to Exuma, we will definitely look to stay here again!

Our whole experience was absolutely amazing - I will start from the beginning. We arrived in GGT midday and after suffering the horrors of modern air travel, we were greeted by our cars being ready for us right outside of the customs office. I think we walked 30 feet. Our host set everything up - all we had to do was sign some quick papers and we were on our way. After a short and scenic 15-20 minute drive, we arrived at “island time”. Upon entering the home, we were greeted by the amazing decor, a modern kitchen, a stocked fridge (ask about this service - it’s great) and the AMAZING view. The house was everything you see in the pictures and more. All 4 bedrooms are master suites with the large front 2 facing the ocean. The back 2 bedrooms are very nice as well. These rooms also boast bunk beds in addition to their primary beds. The pool area is wonderful. My wife really enjoyed the shallow area where you can lay in the sun and still lay in the cool water. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for our steak and lobster dinner night as well as casual conversation and drinks all day. One of our favorite features were the clear bottom kayaks. Man were these fun. There are several reef areas you can reach. We also utilized a boat charter that was recommended by our host and it was an amazing time. We have stayed on exuma many times, but I think we finally found our go-to vacation rental. Thank you, Paul and team, for making our vacation so special.

Thank you for having us. It was brilliant. Shame we couldn’t fix the best of the weather but house is well appointed, located right on the beach. Really enjoyed our time. Super close to the airport and Georgetown. Thank you.

We have traveled a lot. I don’t think we have ever stayed at a VRBO that is quite like this one. Location? Breathtaking. Walk out the door and you dip your toes into the ocean. Listing? Perfect. The beach cottage? Perfection. The owner has thought of everything that you could possibly need. Comfortable beds? Check. A completely stocked kitchen, appliances, and great gas grill? Beautiful eating areas inside and out? Check. Everything you need for a day trip to the beach including snorkeling equipment, a cooler to go, portable lawn chairs. It’s there. But more than all these things is the feeling of warmth and welcome when you walk in the door, and his quick and genuine responses to questions. So refreshing. We would go back in a heartbeat. If you are thinking about it. Go go go.
