Virgil lives on the property. He is very nice and was easy to communicate with. Very quiet guest room attached to his home. Never felt like we were a part of the house. Private. My only complaint would be the squeaky bed frame. Even the slightest roll over made noise. WD-40 needed. Thank you for a great stay. See you next year.

Nice little room.

The room/bathroom are clean and well equipped with tables/chairs etc.... The parking is convenient and it's in a great location with easy access to lots of stores and the dedicated bike/walking path.

No frills but we weren't looking for that. The property was along a biking trail and we WERE looking for that. Convenient to dining and grocery store.

Beautiful location and premises. Lovely updated bathroom and space. The guest suite is separate from the rest of the house with private entrance and access to laundry room which is its own building. A really cool property where walking trails are literally a few steps away. Host is responsive and accommodating. Truly a best value space. I would definitely stay again. An Especially safe ans beautiful location of town. Would recommend as family friendly and singles friendly for safety and feeling at ease.

Location, plus peace and quiet

I'm a remote IT worker, and needed to spend several weeks in Tucson to assist my parents. I needed a place near my parents, with decent Internet and lots of quiet (I needed to be online each morning at 4:00am). I was dreading staying in a hotel, but this place popped up and fit the bill perfectly. I had never used VRBO before, and was quite pleased with the results.
