Very close to campus that we could walk. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Stove top does not work. Oven temp works but not to temp set. House is super cozy and kids loved the outdated decor. The house does have a suite attached to it, each side of the door has a lock. Each side is allowed 2 parking spots and there is no close street parking. We don’t mind cleaning up after ourselves but there wasn’t any dishwasher tabs and only 1 trash bag. House all has glass bottles in the bathrooms with shampoo and such but pumps didn’t work well. Overall we loved the house.

Nice house and great location

Great location and nice house (it is a dated decorative theme). Host is fantastic, was very responsive, with real time responses. One note, house has older smart TV’s, so you cannot download any apps that are not already pre-loaded.

Why they chose this property

I grew up in this neighborhood and know how close and convenient it is to everything you want to do in State College. While driving is easy, “Lucky Rabbit Lodge” is a short walk to downtown and campus.

What makes this property unique

This Mid Century Modern home was built in 1929. I've designed and decorated the space in a modern style with some asian twists to create a one of a kind oasis. Amenities rival that of a 5-Star hotel, but with more space and privacy.
