2-Bedroom, 1-Bathroom Lake front cottage on a secluded section of Rushford Lake. No houses across the lake creates a very private setting.
No stairs! Just a sloping lawn to your own private dock and 50 feet of lake front.
This cozy cottage features two bedrooms and one bathroom with linens and towels. One bedroom has a bunk bed with an XL twin and queen bed, while the other bedroom has a queen bed. The cottage also includes a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. Enjoy the outdoors with 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, a BBQ grill, cooler and a fire pit. Free Wi-Fi is available. Ideal for small families or groups.
Parking for two cars right next to the cottage.
Bring your boat or use our and enjoy your private dock with cleats. This section of the lake is a 'No Wake' zone. Perfect for swimming and enjoying the water. Two kayaks and a canoe are also provided. Life jackets are available upon request.

What makes this property unique
This cottage is from the early 1900's. It is located at the original site of the Grist Mill in East Rushford. When Rushford Lake was formed in 1929, the grist mill was moved to Rushford. However, the out building stayed and is now our guest house.
