Beautiful Lakefront Cottage

July/August min 7 nights bookings. Arrive and enjoy this lovely 3 bedroom cottage on the water's edge, main floor bedroom and 4 piece bath, huge dining room with harvest table for 10, cozy living room with flat screen, Netflix and internet, upstairs features 2 large bedrooms each with 2 double beds plus rollaway, each bdrm has its own vanity and there is a water closet as well. The deck overlooks lake and has BBQ, eating area and sitting area. the breakwall, deck and dock are brand new in 2015. Firepit outside, Great area for swimming with shallow entry, diving board off the dock, super fishing, water activities, kayaks, paddle board, etc.

Great week on Cuba Lake

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The deck and dock are especially nice and we spent most of our time there. The temperature was hot during our stay, there were several fans provided which really helped. Barb was a great host and even offered an earlier check in which we appreciated. We would certainly stay here again.

Loved our stay at Lil Red!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is well laid out to make the most of the space and the outdoor decks and docks are wonderful! The kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was wonderful and we plan to stay again next year!

Love staying at Little Red!

This is our third stay at the Little Red Cottage and we highly recommend it to others. Everything you need to enjoy a stay at the lake is there and the owners are very responsive and make you feel like you can truly enjoy your visit. We will no doubt be back again in the future!

Little Piece of Heaven!

We do an annual trip to Cuba Lake. We found this lovely rental and it was better than we expected. It was spacious , clean and well equipped. The setting on the lake was so beautiful and quiet , a little peace of heaven. And affordable for us retirees!

As advertised, this property is just exactly as described. Cuba Lake was a childhood vacation for my family many years ago. The cottages around the lake are modernized and very attractive like this cottage. We can't have asked for more.

Property is very clean, roomy for the family and very comfortable. We appreciate the owners quick communication and friendliness. Would stay here again and we can bring our dog which he loves! Would even walk out back door himself and lay by the water every morning 💜

Absolute perfection!

From the moment you pull up until the second you leave it is pure paradise! The cottage is absolutely perfect, the outdoor area is wonderful for swimming, boating, soaking up the sunshine and wonderful family meals on the deck and the inside has all of the comforts of home to relax after a great day enjoying the outdoors! This is one place that you will NEVER want to leave!

air quality alert !!!

There was so much dog hair and dander in this house that we left after our 3rd night. My eyes, face and throat swelled so severely that I was considering a stop at the local ER. The listing said pet friendly, but the house went beyond that. I would have been more comfortable in a kennel. We laundered the bedding and were shocked and disgusted at the amount of hair that was in the lint trap. FROM THE BEDDING !!! Other than that, the house was lovely.

Perfect blend of old meats new.

This house is the perfect blend of old meets new. It has been remodeled with beautiful updated Docks, decks, stairs to the road and bathrooms. The living room is so cozy and spacious at the same time for watching movies at night. It has great deep water swimming. we enjoyed our week at Cuba Lake and Cottage 29 and would rent again.

We are Canadians that love the USA! We have a few properties in the states and love to renovate. We have done extensive reno's to this cottage which is one of the original cottages on the lake. We plan on using the cottage as much as we can but also want to share it with you.

What makes this property unique

This cottage is truly lakefront...literally steps from the water. We call the cottage "Lil Red"...because it looks small from the outside but is actually quite big on the inside and sleeps 11 comfortably. the town is so close so if you need anything it is just minutes away.
