Nightly rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week, the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long. Weekly rentals are usually Sunday to Sunday, but less than a week is possible if usually start or end on a Sunday, but depends on when and how long.

3 night minimum for long holiday weekends (MLK, Presidents, Memorial, and Labor) and 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving (Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat nights).
