It was a comfortable and relaxing get-away for the entire family. The pool and hot tub were the main attraction for us and it did not disappoint. The space downstairs was perfect for the family with small children and the upstairs was relaxing for us older folks.

Thank you, David! We love hearing that the layout worked so well for different generations; the downstairs for the little ones and a quieter retreat upstairs. The pool and hot tub tend to bring everyone together though! Hope to host the family again.

We had a great time staying at this property. There were seven adults and two infants in our group. We never felt cramped even when eating together in the kitchen. Loved that each bedroom had a connected bathroom. The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Our family of nine adults and one infant thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house fit our family with four full baths and one half. We took advantage of the laundry rooms as well. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of cooking/baking supplies. While we spent most days sightseeing in Chattanooga, we found time to relax in the pool and spa. It was easy to communicate with Mike and Brianna who replied promptly to any requests.

Absolutely amazing experience. Mike and Brianne are awesome hosts. Communication with them was prompt and informative. The property was fantastic. The house is roomy, comfortable and great for large get togethers. We used all of the amenities - front porch, back deck, pool, hot tub, and fire pit, and it all added to the tremendous experience we all had. This is a great place for a large gathering like a reunion or a family get together.

We appreciate great communication! Mike and Brianna were on the ball! They were clear, direct, and very helpful for each step of our stay. Also the property is SO quiet to be so close to everything that we wanted to do. If you are going to Chattanooga or to see any of the sights on Lookout Mountain - this is the perfect place to stay.

Lots of weeds coming through the area around the pool and fire pit. Not a problem with the use of either the pool or fire pit but not esthetically pleasing I pulled most of them. Otherwise, great place to stay. Would do it again
