A charming four-bedroom, three-bath townhouse at Alpine Village. Enter to the living room with plentiful seating, air conditioning, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen television with DVD. Through the living room is the dining area with seating for eight, followed by the modern kitchen, which is well equipped with all you will need to prepare your favorite meal. Off the living area is a remodeled full bath and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and television. From this bedroom, head outside to enjoy the spacious back deck with a wooded view. Below the entry level is a finished basement holding a second living area with flat screen television and DVD as well as a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a second modernized full bath, and a laundry room. The uppermost floor of the townhouse is located above the entry level and offers two bedrooms, a sitting loft, and a third renovated full bath. Each of these bedrooms has two twin beds, one with a small flat-screen television.

Enjoy your membership in The Nordic Inn Club. Indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, co-ed dry sauna, and fitness room. (approximately 2.6 mi drive)

Alpine Village is located close to downtown North Woodstock. North Woodstock offers great dining opportunities, including local favorites like the Woodstock Station & Brewery, Merland's, and the Pemi Public House. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time, including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming (Cascade Park is just a walk away), kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Please note: Alpine Village Townhouses have only one allotted parking space.
Dogs are welcome in this unit. There is a $50 + tax one-time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed.
The Nordic Inn pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
Alpine Village does not offer a ski shuttle service.
This unit has two air conditioners: one in the main living area and one in the sitting loft.

Property suited us well. It was very close to everything. The only issue was air conditioning. Only 2 air conditioners in the facility so all bedroom doors had to be kept ope.

With 8 of us in our party, we all had a place to sleep. We enjoyed the back deck for a BBQ. My son mentioned several times that he would enjoy the space as a permanent home he was that comfortable. Our thanks to the homeowners for sharing with us.

Cozy small town

The property was towards the back so it was nice to have the privacy. The house itself was great plenty of space and lots of room to accommodate. Would be great for friends or friends with kids. We were totally stay here again.

The house was quite hot inside on the day we arrived as the 2 air conditioning units had not been turned on ahead of our arrival. We called the office to see if we could borrow some fans. Awesome family stay

This property is so spacious AND so cozy. Plenty of room for us to spread out or hang together and watch a movie. One of the best equipped kitchens I’ve seen at a rental too. Especially appreciated empty cupboards for our groceries. Very convenient to all the local spots. Pool was awesome for killing some down time with the kids. Bonus was a HUGE plowed snow mountain right in front of the unit for kid adventures . We loved it!

We enjoyed our time in the North Woodstock/Lincoln area. Everything worked well the property was stocked Teflon pans are worn and there are no Teflon spatulas provided.

Girls weekend getaway!

Overall, the place was nice. It would've been nice to be told ahead of time that we needed to bring our own towels to the pool/hot tub. Only 1 towel is provided per guest. No one wants to use the same towel they are using to shower to mix with chlorine & sweat from sauna. Also missing some basic necessities (trash bags & hand towels for each bathroom).

Great place

The size and functionality of the space was perfect for our multigenerational family group. Loved walking proximity to N Woodstock, nice development. Convenient for skiing at Loon. Be aware that if you need to work remotely while at the property, as some of our group did, the wifi is very slow and weak. Management very helpful but ultimately it was not adequate for our needs. Not an issue at all if you are there to vacation!

Pretty good, with a few issues

The place was very nice, however the dishwasher was broken and many of the pots and pans were not cleaned properly. The management team was fantastic, and I believe the dishwasher issue happened recently. With a household of people and pots and pans that needed to be washed before and after usage, our hiking and general vacation time was significantly shortened.

clean condo but asking too much of guests with 10 am ck out

Clean and well maintained, but the host and service fees added over 30% to the cost and I'm not sure what those paid for...the exit request list was onerous especially with a 10 am checkout. The guest was responsible for multiple settings and requests for 3 floors with 2 difference HVAC systems. At that level of fees we'd expect the mgt co to handle those issues post departure.

Home needs some TLC

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpets in this unit were heavily soiled. Half of the electrical outlets were not working. Lamp in the downstairs bedroom was not working. The internet failed, and to get a secure connection, we used the hotspots on our phones. One person in our party had to leave for a secure connection for her job. The bathroom on the main floor had a sanitized seal on the toilet, but the bowl looked dirty. The pillows were flat, so we purchased some so that we could get a comfortable night’s sleep. We have stayed in much nicer properties for similar price, so I would not recommend staying at this property unless it gets renovated

Two of our guests needed to sleep above the covers with blankets that we brought. All bedding should have been changed. This wasn’t good but everything else was clean and cozy.
