The home offers sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people (1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, 3 bunk beds -- twin over full, 1 pull out sleeper couch), High definition TV's, internet, fully appliance'd kitchen, 2 sliders to deck with BBQ grill, full outside deck furniture, washer/dryer, out door shower & more! Take advantage of the close proximity to Matunuck Oyster Bar, Theatre by the Sea, The General Stanton Inn Flea Market. Close to the features of Green Hill Park, with its playground, tennis, volleyball & basketball courts. Walk down to the local ice cream shop, Around the Corner; stop in at The Corner Deli, or The Bakery for morning or afternoon snacks. The Breachway Grill is close by & ready for dinner. Just a short drive to historic Watch Hill, the Summer home of Taylor Swift, as well as all the features of Narragansett, RI and the sites of Pt. Judith, with a quick ferry ride to Block Island. Central Air and Cottage Beach Pass to South Kingstown Town Beach! Saturday to Saturday summer rental!
