The AC works great. A sparkling new upstairs shower was installed in September 2025. Cute and well appointed, perfect for 2 couples or a family. Sleeps 5 comfortably and can accommodate up to 6 people.
With a queen bed in the upstairs master and a queen and an option for a full-size bed in the bedroom downstairs, this wonderful property offers a peaceful retreat for families or groups of friends. The third bedroom is set up as an office but can sleep 1. WiFi, Washing machine and dryer. Full kitchen for when you prefer to dine in. Outdoor shower. Fenced yard. Walking distance to several public beach accesses and the North End's famous Tiki Bar.

The house was very clean. Plenty of room and the kitchen is equipped with what you would need. The host is excellent. This is the second year we have stayed in this home. Love the views sitting on the screened in porch. Short walk across the street to the beach. My grandkids just love it there.

This house was great. Clean, comfortable, and short walk to the beach. Me and my family love this beach and have been to this area many times but this is the best so far. I would definitely stay here again.

Great beach getaway

We were very happy with our stay. The bnb was clean and comfortable with good amenities. The owner was good at communicating. The location was quiet and a very short walk to a clean beach. We would stay here again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay, walked on the beach, ate that the restaurants and just relaxed. More than likely we will stay here again if available. The puzzle is missing one piece. Love the place. We had everything we needed for our weekend getaway

Why they chose this property

We love North Topsail. It's quiet and low-key, but not far from tons of restaurants and fun activities. And the views! This house has beautiful scenery front and back. Star-gazing is amazing here! ... One caveat: Beach erosion is an issue here. Depending on tides, time of year, storms, etc., sometimes there's essentially no beach directly across the street. However, even at high tide, you can find more beach within a half-mile of walking distance. If you like to spend hours and hours on the sand, this might not be the place for you. If you enjoy short stints on the beach plus sight-seeing, star-gazing, tiki bars, sunrises, sunsets, great food options, fishing and watersports, peaceful easy feelings ... this is the place!
