Truly Great Apartment
I highly recommend this property.
Its location is superb - a short walk from the beach (towels and chairs provided) and from the cafes, boutiques, restaurants of Manhattan Beach. A well-stocked supermarket (Vons) is literally right around the corner. The apartment itself is immaculate and has superb contemporary decor from hardwood floors to metro tiling.
Our son is currently very interested in sea life and was delighted to see pictures of turtles adorn his bedroom. There are also fascinating historical prints of the area on the stairway.
The apartment is very well equipped with a separate washer and dryer, a large smart TV, microwave, dishwasher and oven.
Less tangible but just as important is the great feel of being in the apartment and clearly the care and thought behind making it so pleasant.
The apartment comes with a car bay -
it is a tight space but it did accommodate our mid size SUV and there is some free street parking too.
We had a self inflicted problem with the electronic lock (a mis-pressed digit) but Allisen was very responsive -
there was a back up plan (a physical key in a key safe) and Allisen also decided to order a brand new (foolproof! ) electronic lock.
In our experience the title 'great apartment' is well justified
