Our loft-style home is a two-story architectural gem. Its open, light & spacious floor plan, skylight, high ceilings, carefully appointed furnishings, artwork, amenities and great location provide the perfect surroundings for both the pleasure and business traveler. Decorated with a Zen sensibility, The Loft House has two bedrooms (one is loft-style), air conditioning, a Jetted bathtub with powerful shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunny view deck, a private enclosed parking garage with remote control, fast wireless Internet (500 mbps), smart tvs with premium movie channels (Netflix, HBO Max, YouTube TV) plus many more amenities.

Located within walking distance to the sandy beaches in the heart of Santa Monica, we are also within 1 mile of world class shopping and the hottest bars & restaurants.

Private, Enclosed Garage with Remote Control: You will have exclusive use of an enclosed and private two car garage that is opened with a remote control.

Inside the garage is a stackable, front-loading, brand new Washer & Dryer.

You will also find two beach bags, beach chairs and beach towels here for your pleasure.

You can enter the guest house securely from the garage, and your visitors can enter from the sidewalk.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Toss all used towels on the floor in the bathroom
Please turn off the Air Conditioner/Heater
Place the garage remote control on the kitchen counter & Return the keys to the lockbox at front door
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spotless, the location was excellent, and the area felt safe throughout our visit. It’s about a mile from the Santa Monica Pier and the Metro train, and it was very easy to get picked up by Waymo for short rides around the area. We had no issues at all during our 4-day stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Los Angeles area.

Beautiful place - very clean and well maintained. The garage space was a big help in not being worried about the hours of street parking.Of note, the 2nd bedroom is upstairs on a spiral staircase, so just needs to be utilized by people with good mobility.

The Loft House is in a great location, it's bright, open and welcoming, and Deborah was responsive when I reached out with questions or concerns. I deducted 2 stars because some of the appliances, furniture and kitchen supplies show significant wear and, in general, the house is poorly maintained. The communication about how to operate the HVAC system did not include the significant information that both units need to be set to the same mode. I learned that after the heat went out in the middle of the night. Overall, the Loft House didn’t provide the expected value for the price.

I think if you look at all the prior Loft House reviews, it is apparent that our guest house provides an exceptional experience for our guests in its architecture, light, amenities, location, cleanliness and overall beauty of the space. This particular guest held unrealistic expectations and so was unfortunately disappointed. I did all I could to make her happy, however she did not communicate some of her issues. If she had, perhaps she could have been more satisfied.
