One of the best waterfront townhouses in the community with a great view of the marina. You can bring your boat or rent one just yards away! This beautiful townhome was just remodeled, perfect for the weekend, summer, or a family getaway. There are 3 spacious bedrooms plus a bonus room downstairs that can fit 2 people. There are two patios overlooking the Catawba river and a game room. And finally, you'll be able to make yourself comfortable in the private jacuzzi whenever you want.

Perfect Weekend

Our family was traveling to the area for my cousin’s wedding. I felt so lucky we found this gem! The townhouse was clean and beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved playing with the board and arcade games. The neighborhood was beautiful, we walked to the playground and the marina several times. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I only wish we had more days to stay and enjoy!
