Hi,
my name is Mark and I am originally from Upstate New York but now reside in Austin, Texas.
In the spring of 2022, we bought our first rental in Pigeon Forge, TN and fell in love with being able to offer our guests the travel experience we would expect.

Soon after and with family we transformed this house, into the modern farmhouse to extend our love of travel to guests traveling throughout Upstate New York who are looking to enjoy it.

Pokey Moonshine is a short drive to a lot of Upstate New York attractions. But having the space for 12 people to gather comfortably in a large enough house makes the trip even more enjoyable.

Pokey sits atop 10 acres and allows for your family, your team, or our friends to be able to unwind and enjoy each other's company without worrying about bothering the neighbors. If you are wanting a bit of privacy but also a modern space to host your friends and family, this is the space.

Pokey Moonshine sits on 10+ acres and is tucked back among a lush wall of trees in gorgeous surroundings. Watch the cotton candy sky sunsets at the fire pit or explore the mature woodland. When ready, retreat to the cozy & expansive house. Your friends and family can enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by the best of Mother Nature.

The Spa is the perfect place to end a fun day exploring Upstate New York – it’s located inside, set off dining room. The Spa room has a 8 person hot tub, hot sauna, bathroom, shower and changing room with plenty of space for people to hang out. There is a sitting area and 65” TV – which you can easily view from the hot tub. The lower deck of The Spa can double as a workout room.

The Fire pit is built into the landscape and can accommodate your entire party. As one of our favorite parts of Pokey Moonshine, we are sure you will be spending a lot of time in this spacious area reminiscing over old stories as well as creating new memories. Smores anyone?
