Prime Location 1 block from the beach, 1 block from the sound! This highly desirable main cottage home offers 3 queen bedrooms, one bathroom and an outdoor shower. It has an additional attached 1 bed 1 bath with separate entrance if you need some private space for an additional fee! That is property 4235443 on VRBO. We are a streaming only home! We provide smart tvs for all your app watching needs! Free WIFI and flat screen tvs. We provide all bed linens and bath towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, microwave, cups, soap, and kitchen tools needed. We provide a washer and dryer in the home for your needs. You just have to show up with a swim suit and flip flops! The beach is on one side and the inlet sound is on the other! Perfect for the fisherman or the beach goer! We are just blocks from the boardwalk and the famous Britts donuts. Just down the street is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals.
Our home is kept in pristine condition and will be your perfect beach vacation!
This is the main home. There is a back cottage also on the property that a guest may rent. If you need and additional bedroom and bathroom you can rent for an additional fee. Perfect for extended families! We only allow 6 guest in this home. Children under 2 are included in our guest count. We DO NOT ALLOW PETS OR SMOKING.

Property was as described, and location was excellent. Loved the easy access to the beach as well as one flight of stairs to property. Quiet neighborhood and safe location. Tastefully decorated and comfortable feel. Beds and bedding were excellent. Loved everything about it, including the deck. Definitely will stay again. Extremely comfortable for four adults.

House is RIGHT near the beach. Listing says 3min walk, that’s maybe accurate if you’re carrying a bunch of stuff and have kids toddling to keep up. It’s like 90 seconds tops! House is immaculately cleaned. Plenty of outdoor space to relax at after a day at the beach. Would absolutely stay again.

Such a great property! Great location literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was super clean and the host was very responsive. We had an issue when the internet went out (turned out to be a problem for everyone on the island and not just us) and the host responded within 3 minutes to my text. The kids toys and the games were a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and did I mention the location? We will definitely try to book this property again. Thanks for sharing your house with us

this place was a perfect location and great space for our family. very close to direct beach access on a not overly crowded beach with lifeguards, home well equipped with the basics, host super responsive. upgrades to home definitely noticed while some still needed. perfect for the price.

The house is very cute, cozy comfortable and clean. Loved how close it was to the beach access yet how quiet it was around the property. Owners are very responsive. We had a minor issue with equipment and they responded so quickly and went above and beyond to get it fixed. Would love to stay again sometime!

We had a great stay and the property owner was very nice and helpful with all the questions and request we had. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy a mini vacay and cook in and enjoy the entire house as well as the many outdoor areas that were available to enjoy. A beautiful stay! House better equipped with anything you may need while you stay. Clean and the kids loved the surprised toys! A comfortable house, beautiful porches and an easy walk to the beach. Host communicated perfectly. Will definitely seek this house out again.

Just got home from a wonderful week at this home. Stay was excellent. House was clean, had six sets of towels for 4 of us, beds made and clean. Mine was comfortable, couches and seating is very comfortable. Washer and dryer are easy to use, in 2 of 3 bedrooms there are extensions cords. Other outstanding features; organizers in most closets, cleaning supplies, dish liquid, sponge, dishwasher tabs and toilet paper to get started. Plenty of dishes on the nights we cooked at home. Plenty of parking, could get 4 vehicles in if needed. Iron in closet. Found everything to be so seamless and easy overall. All appliances work that we used. Keurig made excellent coffee. Only thing was the road floods some of the time. May have to go up one street and come around, Totally passable but have to divert and come around at times cause gates come down when road floods. Owner is Very responsive to questions and needs via text. Very happy with our stay, my parents stayed in the optional mil suite at back of house and felt is was well appointed

This property is not beach front but you can still hear the ocean when sitting on the amazing front porch deck. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Julie was very sweet and we truly enjoyed staying at her families home.

Wonderful stay! The Home was clean, nicely decorated - bright and fun! Lots of light, so close to the beach!! Beds, pillows, sheets etc., so comfortable! Perfect place for our family of 5 infant.
